There is no minimum order. However, orders over $150 qualify for free standard shipping within the contiguous United States.

Standard domestic shipping typically arrives within 3-5 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout. Orders placed before 1pm EST on business days usually ship the same day.
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We are evaluating international shipping and may expand in the future.
All orders ship in discreet, unbranded packaging. Vials are cushioned and sealed to prevent damage during transit. Temperature-sensitive items are shipped with appropriate cold packs when needed.
Yes. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. You can also track orders from your account dashboard under Order History.
No. All products sold by Crush Research are strictly for in-vitro research and laboratory use only. They are not intended for human or animal consumption.
Lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides should be stored at -20°C for long-term storage or 2-8°C (refrigerator) for short-term use. Once reconstituted, peptides should be refrigerated and used within a reasonable timeframe depending on the compound.
Peptides are typically reconstituted with bacteriostatic water. Gently swirl the vial after adding the solvent—never shake. Specific reconstitution volumes depend on desired concentration. We include reconstitution guidance on each product page.
Yes. Every batch is tested by an independent, third-party laboratory. COAs are available on each product page and include HPLC purity data and mass spectrometry verification.
We maintain a minimum purity standard of 98%+ as verified by HPLC analysis. Many of our products test above 99%. Exact purity for each batch is documented in the corresponding COA.
We work with accredited analytical laboratories in the United States. Testing includes HPLC for purity analysis and mass spectrometry for identity confirmation.
Due to the nature of research chemicals, we cannot accept returns on opened products. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right with a replacement or store credit.
Please take photos of the damaged package and product, then email us at owner@crushresearch.com within 48 hours. We will send a replacement at no additional cost.
